Adverse Effects:

Peripheral neuropathy and rash are common. Severe granulocytopaenia may occur. White counts should be monitored during the first few weeks of therapy. While these effects generally disappear when therapy is stopped or dosage is reduced granulocytopaenia may persist for many weeks.

Pregnancy:

Contraindicated.
