Lai (赖德华)
received his Ph.D. in Zoology/Parasitology from Sun Yat-Sen University,
Guangzhou, China and had his postdoctoral training at the
University of South Bohemia (Institute of Parasitology, Academy of Sciences of
the Czech Republic) and the Sir William Dunn School of Pathology at Oxford
University, UK.
Dr. Lun is currently an Associate Professor in the Center for Parasitic
Organisms, the His
research interest is in trypanosomiasis and toxoplasmosis as well as nematodes
like Angiostrongylus. He has
published papers in peer-reviewed journals, such as PNAS, The Lancet Infectious
Diseases, Trends Parasitol and the International Journal Parasitology.
